Legal Basis
The $402 licence operates as a unilateral contract offer accepted by performance, per the analysis in patent application F-001 (The $402 Protocol). The legal precedent is Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co [1893] 1 QB 256.
The HTTP 402 response constitutes the offer. The token purchase constitutes acceptance through performance. The PATL inscription on the Bitcoin SV blockchain constitutes the contract evidence. No separate licence agreement, signature, or terms-of-service acknowledgement is required.
The licence terms are inscribed immutably alongside the patent text on-chain. They cannot be altered by the licensor after inscription. The bonding curve price is deterministic and non-negotiable — computed from publicly observable on-chain state.

$402 STARTUP PATENT LICENCE — THE BITCOIN CORPORATION LTD
1. DEFINITIONS. "Licensor" means The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd (UK). "Licensee" means the entity or individual holding 1,000,000 or more $KWEG tokens (BSV-21, token ID 17ee7fcc9c5764dc9983af912e044da8d11f26db17a5f68a0757a250db5cf983_0) at any blockchain address linked to a verified identity. "Licensed Patents" means UKIPO applications F-001 through F-010 filed by the Licensor. "Licensed Products" means products or services incorporating one or more of the Licensed Patents.
2. GRANT. Subject to these terms, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable licence to make, use, sell, and import Licensed Products.
3. SCOPE. The licence is limited to: (a) a single legal entity; (b) a single product or service line; (c) annual gross revenue from Licensed Products not exceeding USD $1,000,000. For revenue exceeding $1M, the Licensee must acquire additional $KWEG tokens to reach Enterprise tier (10,000,000+ tokens).
4. CONSIDERATION. The licence fee is the cost of acquiring 1,000,000 $KWEG tokens via the bonding curve or secondary market. At position 0, this equals approximately USD $402. The token purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms by performance (Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co [1893]).
5. ON-CHAIN EVIDENCE. The licence grant is recorded on the Bitcoin SV blockchain as a PATL inscription (protocol identifier 0x50 0x41 0x54 0x4C, operation type 0x02). The inscription is the primary evidence of the licence. No separate written agreement is required.
6. TRANSFER. The licence transfers automatically with the tokens. A transferee who receives sufficient tokens to meet or exceed the Startup threshold (1,000,000 $KWEG) inherits the licence. No licensor approval is required. A transferor who drops below the threshold automatically loses the licence.
7. LICENCE ACTIVATION. Activated (locked) $KWEG tokens earn pro-rata licence fee rebates from all press revenue. Rebates are denominated in satoshis and claimable at kwegwong.com/account. Activated licensees receive $WONG ($403 security tokens, 1:1 with locked $KWEG). $WONG is tradable between $401 Confidence Level 2+ verified holders only.
8. PATENT STATUS. All Licensed Patents are patent pending at UKIPO. Grant is not guaranteed. The licence remains valid regardless of patent grant status — it constitutes a contractual right independent of patent prosecution outcome.
9. IDENTITY REQUIREMENT ($401). Licence activation, fee rebate claims, and commercial licence rights require verified identity via the $401 protocol. Licence activation requires Confidence Level 2 (Third-Party Verified via Veriff KYC at Bit-Sign.online). Tokens held without identity verification confer Read access only (Tier 0). Licence fee rebates cannot be distributed to unverified holders.
10. TERMINATION. The licence terminates automatically if the Licensee's $KWEG token balance falls below 1,000,000. The licence may be reinstated by re-acquiring sufficient tokens. No notice period applies.
11. GOVERNING LAW. England and Wales. Disputes subject to the Decentralised Dispute Resolution Protocol (when operational) or the courts of England and Wales.
12. IMMUTABILITY. These terms are inscribed on the Bitcoin SV blockchain alongside the patent text. They cannot be amended by the Licensor after inscription. Any amendment requires a new token deployment with new terms.
